Custom Aeration Technology

1. Two CATamount aerators arrive at the job site. Manufactured in Bozeman, Montana, CATS are delivered by trailer or commercial carrier.

2. Because the stainless steel component parts are pre-formed and drilled, assembly at the job site is easy. Two units can be assembled in one day.

3. The shell is assembled. We are ready to add the blower, the floats, and the manifold diffuser.

4. The regenerative low-pressure blower is mounted on the stainless steel base.

5. The self-cleaning fine bubble EPDM diffusers also allow for adjustment of bubble size.

6. The depth of the diffuser manifiold can be adjusted for efficiency.

7. Foam-filled floats are attached using stainless steel components.

8. Everything is assembled and ready for installation.

9. The CATamount aerator is placed in the water.

10. The foam-filled floats provide a very stable platform to allow adjustments.
